Synergy is located in the newly renovated Mott Building at 42 Seventh Ave. SW (the historic Mott Lofts Building). WE HAVE MOVED TO THE FIRST FLOOR SUITE 102! The picture above shows where our new studio is, so enter through the double doors. No more stairs!!! When you visit, we will take the time to get to know you and discuss your goals for feeling better.
Access from downtown and I-380 is easy, as we’re located just off 8th Ave. SW and Diagonal Drive, behind the CR police station parking lot off Valor Way (on some maps is H Ave. SW).
After you park in the lot for the Mott Lofts, enter through the double doors facing the amphitheater. (Previously we had an entrance leading down to the basement level, but we now enter through the double doors on the first floor.)

October 3, 2022NRT in 2023 – The next NRT class in Cedar Rapids will be in the fall. Stay tuned for dates. Please see neuralreset.net for upcoming workshops. You do not need to be a massage therapist to attend this class, however you will need a knowledge of anatomy. You will receive 16 hours of massage therapy CEU’s (NCBTMB approved provider).
